rpc (raylib project creator) v2.0 released!

Complete redesign of raylib project creator (rpc) tool with multiple improvements and aligned with the upcoming tool raylib project builder (rpb). Key features of this new release:

• ADDED: Complete internal redesign to align with rpb project builder tool
• ADDED: Load and save project configuration files ( .rpc), shared with rpb
• ADDED: Multiple project templates to start projects, including assets
• ADDED: Source code scanning for automatic assets detection
• REVIEWED: Support for multiple input files, code or assets
• REVIEWED: Command-line interface to support new features
• REVIEWED: Complete UI redesign, new styles added
• REVIEWED: Assets management, copy assets to generated project
• REVIEWED: VS2022 working directory to src, where resources is located
• UPDATED: Using latest raylib 6.1-dev and raygui 5.0-dev
